Personally, I find that sucralose is the only artificial sweetener that doesn't taste kinda gross. Maybe dried up stevia leaves would be ok but I'm pretty sure I taste some leftover solvent in the refined stuff. The compound itself might be natural (not that that even really matters, as the sugar it is intended to replace is also natural), but since it's not water soluable, processing it involves substances some would consider... unnatural.
