We cheered for a vigilante who presumably shot a health insurance CEO to death, too.
No, the presumption is innocence.
He has admitted in court to doing it.
you realise people plea to things they didnt do every day, right?
Not killing someone they don't.
Yes they do. A quick search would have spared you this particular, "living under a rock," take.
Feel free to prove me wrong then. But admitting to a crime you didn't commit isn't something that happens regularly.
You just lowered the bar*, but the US DOJ routinely reports that up to 50% to 60% of people that take a plea deal are actually innocent upon further review of the actual evidence.
Plea deals are how about 90% of all cases in the US are settled, with the innocent accused pleading guilty to a crime they didn't commit, so they get a better deal than a jury and judge will give them if they are found guilty.
Again, I am not going to give you more than crumbs. You can find all this data with a quick search.
*Lowered the bar in this case is equivalent to moving the goalposts in my favor.
Cool, how many of them took a plea deal for killing someone?
At least let those goalposts cool down a bit before moving them again.
It's rare when you meet someone online that's so much of an asshole that you remember the block button exists.
I bet you think racism doesn't exist either huh?
are you willingly or unwillingly stupid?
