“Liabilities” is a commonly used term to describe services or goods owed. It’s used in governments, in business, and in nonprofits, etc. If you ever are involved in planning or dealing with financials in any organization in the US you will hear it used in that manner.

Hell even with Trump being an incompetent fool, destroying the economy, his associations with Epstein, about a third of Americans would vote for him again. You keep telling yourselves "look at how unpopular he is now!" when about a third of Americans would vote for a goddamn child molester because he's fascist and they want fascism.
