Maaan Six Flags has terrible lawyers lol. It's injured 70 people in 6ish years of operation? It's killed two and put another in a coma? This is liability 101 here. I imagine the ride was safe when it opened 24 years ago but, with time and Six Flags' notorious lack of investment and maintenance of their parks, it's more dangerous than it was new. I wonder when the execs decide they want the bleeding to stop.
