The charging documents, which were reviewed by MS NOW, show that the sailor has been accused of violating Article 83 for “malingering,” which is defined as a service member “intentionally faking an illness or hurting themselves to avoid work, duty or service,” and Article 86 for “absence without leave,” which means a service member failed to be at their required place of duty without proper authority.

there was that woman who was sexually assaulted too. and that's just off the top of my head recently, it does seem like it's some sort of shitty in there. they are having trouble selling this war to citizens and boots alike on top of that.

i'd assume most didn't, esp. in the military and stuff. does point to a few trends in there that can be destabilizing, though.

or are, who knows what they manage to keep off from the wider public.
