Step 1: get a library card. Step 2: read books. Lots of books. Do the exercises in the books, when appropriate (like for programming or math, for example), without help from the chatbots of course.
Sorry if I'm not of much help, but I've never been a mediocre senseless fuck. Sorry, again, if this sounds tactless but judging by the post and your other comments that's the point you're at now. Don't despair, tho, you're young and you can get out of it with a bit of effort, if you're willing to put in the work, that is.
I fear exercises the most cuz I mostly do them wrong but since you said, I will try to do them.
That's absolutely normal, you've been basically copy-pasting the results instead of solving them so it would've been a real miracle if you'd learned to do them. Now, my words might sound harsh but I don't mean you're a cheater, this isn't really your fault. You're a kid that have been cheated out of the knowledge and skills you were owed. But the people at fault are not gonna fix it or pay for it, if you want that knowledge and skills you're gonna have to go and take them yourself. Asking this questions here, instead of an llm, is already a step in the right direction. Stay on that path.
