So sharing a joke about hitler and gas chambers is okay until the point you know who it is or the context…? That’s… not an okay world view dude.

Of course parents are responsible for their screaming kids, and of course they should remove them from situations where they are being disruptive where practical.

It’s a public place, unless there’s specific rules, or management or a worker tells them it’s not okay, you have no right to complain or make a scene. And remove them… to another public place where other people are disturbed….? That’s your solution? Remove the problem from you area?

Why don’t you get up and go try and help console the kid, see what’s wrong? Help the person? Or can you not handle your emotions like an adult? They’re only being disruptive to a few select people, who can remove themselves, or wear headphones, or maybe don’t go out in public if you are that unhinged and can’t handle some loud children in public….?

Have some personal accountability. You have adult places you can go, why do you chose to intrude in child allowable spaces than get mad when they act like kids?
