Peertube instance to recommend to a group of people new to the platform? (lemmy.ml)

I'm planning to introduce Peertube to a fairly large group of people who are new to the fediverse. Which instance is the best in terms of how easy it is to get an account and watch federated content as well as having something to discover locally?

Guess depending on the type of talk or course OP does, choosing the instance could be a nice part of the lesson! Demonstrates nicely what the Fediverse is and how it operates. Also teaches them to get on board the next Fedi platform all by themselves, once they choose to.

You'd obviously still need to prepare that lesson, though and have some kind of knowledge about the instances.
