Seawater is really aggressive. I don’t think this is really a big issue as everyone makes out of this.
i mean, were we not dealing with a mad tyrant it would be a much bigger issue. it's a visible symbol of systemic maintenance delays throughout the entire military and government. moneys going somewhere tho
