Actually, I don't think you ever leave.
My brother married a Mexican woman and during their first Thanksgiving together, sitting around the table with family members, my brother made a joking comment saying "now it's time for the Airing of Grievances!"
His wife's brother (who apparently wasn't a Seinfeld fan) misheard him as having said "the Aryan Grievances" and was like "what sort of fucked up white people shit is this?!"
Hope he greets his in-laws with Hail'o, just to mess with them.
