MODERATORS
I believe UPS and FedEx are required to make refunds as people were explicitly charged tariff related fees.
Because Sony and Microsoft just baked the price in, its a little hard to get them to refund since theres technically nothing to refund (as shady and fucked up and goodwill burning as it is).
They know who purchased a new console in that time frame they could give them at least gift cards or something. Or like the one company reducing cost till the money is gone. It might not be the same people but your customers at least git it.
Well, hence the goodwill burning part.
They obviously dont value us as customers, so I say dont give them business
