Article fails to mention that these fish are typically deep frozen, which kills the parasites. And not all fish parasites infect humans.

This is concerning, but those are important to consider.

Yup, they're flash frozen pretty soon after catch. Anything lingering will be killed by cooking.

Wild animals carry disease. Who knew!
