I have to agree.

I remember saying this way back when DLSS and FSR were first released and though I was excited at the fact my old card would last just that little bit longer with a hit to visuals that this would end up being a vendor locked, crutch that will be detrimental to gaming in the long run.

That long run didn't take very long to get here and even worse than I thought it would have ever been.
