My entire company has 13 people in it total. Any drama involves every single one of us somehow. My conr coworker is transfem and Teamsed the incel bigoted coworker messages about how the hrt is making her boobs big and sensitive. Ofc that was reported and now we have to do extra trainings and we can't edit or delete teams messages and our boss reads every single message. We are also doing some dumbass DISC assessment to see how we can work better together because my trans coworker threatened to quit. This team building shot is not going to change anything. Getting rid of problematic employees is the best solutions, but this place never fired people for anything and it's dumb
