Been drinking exclusively (give or take) no-sugar caffeinated sodas since a child. Not obese or diabetic. Mid-thirties now. How bad is this?

It's not so much the that drinking soda caused kidney disease as the lack of ever drinking water.

I attribute the sugar from the soda as helping to cause the diabetes though.
