Probably a sign of the impending American downgrade from global hegemon (didn't last long but God was/is it painful) to regional ruler/head of the West. Should've stocked up heavily whilst cosigning their insatiable imperialism instead of expecting any form of good will from these soulless gouls. 🤷‍♂️
