MODERATORS
the people who are the most paranoid about crime live in the places where it is least likely to occur and have never been the victim of crime.
it's sort of like the issue with immune systems, if you grow up ultra clean... you develop allergies because your immune system overreactions because it wasn't trained how to react appropriately.
