They STIHL think that more hours lead to more productivity. All I know is no pay leads to finding alternative pay.
No, they don't. They are just openly lying at this point because they get high on fucking over people.
Pensions, social security and health care are all linked to wages. Proposing less pay for the work you do to save the welfare state is like proposing to smash your head with a hammer to increase cogntive abilities.
That actually sounds pretty accurate.
The cruelty is the point, not the increased productivity. Far-right work moralists think I should slice open my hand, not in an attempt at self harm, but while working with a faulty machine, to prove I am a man and better than the non-workers.
If the productivity is dictated primarily by machine hours it does, same with security guards that are mostly there for emergencies.
Not exactly; fatigue affects pretty much everything. If I don't get enough sleep, I just watch cartoons at work. I'll take my time to fix a machine that can flatline me if I make a mistake. Being unpaid only fuels my motivation to not do anything and in certain cases watch it all crumble.
Also the security guard example is an interesting choice to reference. You know what they do? Look pretty and call the PD. Unless it's special detail, it's generally for appearance. Even in emergencies, the liability cost isn't worth it as well as jail time and court costs. I hate to break it to you but the security guard isn't going to stick their neck out for you unless they want to kill or are extremely altruistic.
I mostly meant emergency as in does nothing 99% of the time and the other one percent does something that requires almost no skill other than remaining calm.
