Work Reform

A place to discuss positive changes that can make work more equitable, and to vent about current practices. We are NOT against work; we just want the fruits of our labor to be recognized better.
Our Philosophies:
- All workers must be paid a living wage for their labor.
- Income inequality is the main cause of lower living standards.
- Workers must join together and fight back for what is rightfully theirs.
- We must not be divided and conquered. Workers gain the most when they focus on unifying issues.
Our Goals
- Higher wages for underpaid workers.
- Better worker representation, including but not limited to unions.
- Better and fewer working hours.
- Stimulating a massive wave of worker organizing in the United States and beyond.
- Organizing and supporting political causes and campaigns that put workers first.

What he is really saying is that he can't offer the same level of service at the same cost - and still maintain his OBSCENE profit margin.
I'm tired of these Sociopathic Oligarchs acting like they are entitled to those ridiculous levels of profit, and any "solutions" we suggest need to preserve their profits FIRST, then somehow solve our problems after that.
No, those outrageous profits are the EXACT problem. Those profits should have been shared by the workers who earned them, instead of going 100% to the guy at the top who did literally nothing to earn it.
So he will maintain the same level of service, at the same costs, and he will just have to buy one less yacht, or private jet, or Italian Palazzo this year.
Jeff Bezos hasn’t been in charge of Amazon in like 5 years dude.
He's collecting the money, he gets the blame.
