Same. I once saw this old man piss himself. It was really sad actually. Ever since I really don't think about what's on the seats.

It is sad, isn't it? My younger self would laugh at such a situation, but now I'd probably try and assist in some way.

I had no idea what to do. I didn't want to embarrass him by making a scene and he seemed kinda determined to ignore it. What is something you would do in this situation?

Probably something along the lines 'Hey mate, do you need a bit of help? I can help you find a toilet or call someone perhaps?' Very quietly of course. And depends on his behaviour too of course. If he seems coherent then definitely, if it's someone that might having a bit of an episode, I have no idea. Not trained or experienced to deal with such situations unfortunatley.
