I mean, carrying some but not all of the stuff needed to change a tube is objectively dumb on my part. I should either carry all of it or none of it.
For example, pumps tend to stay strapped to the frame in their designated place, but tubes and levers stored in bags sometimes go missing when other cargo is removed.
