Weasel words, no legal footing, unprecented, and lacking in clarity. Yup, it's a PM comment on self rule. Still, at least he acknowledges that Scotland has the right to decide in some fashion. A step up from the last few PMs.

Now, Sinn Fein have to do us a favour and find out the real route to that border poll. As it looks set that Scotland has to follow that route.

You can always move the goalposts.

SNP consistantly make it clear in their manifesto a vote for them is a vote for independance.

One of the main propanganda points of the 2014 election was that an independant Scotland may not be allowed back in the EU, but then the UK left the EU anyway against Scotlands wishes only 2 years later.

A generation is defined as 15-30 years. I would certainly expect serious discussions about another referendum around 2030.
