Yes, although the finale of the show is laughably bad IMO, which is what this scene is from. Which is a really big letdown because the entire show leading up to it is great.
They discover his power is based on how much fecal matter is in his rectum so they douche him and he's briefly powerless.

They set Homelander up as too powerful to be beaten conventionally, even by a team of supes. So, through a some special circumstances, they give someone the ability to remove even Homelander's powers. All while he goes full "mask off" leaning into the supposed god he claims himself to be. It culminates in a showdown where he is stripped of powers and begs for his life before getting beat to a pulp.You forgot:
