It's crazy to me how many Americans think eggs are a requirement for breakfast.
You body metabolizes food exactly the same at 7am as it does as 1pm. It's the most dumb shit.
Everything becomes breakfast if you put an egg on it. Burger, pizza, cheesecake, infinite possibilities.
I admire your chutzpah, but you just have to eat it when you wake up to make it breakfast; the egg is unnecessary.
I’m more making fun of this idea, as it seems to be everywhere now.
Well, no. When you eat makes an enormous difference in how your body processes the exact same food. But it's not as though some foods are morning food and some are not.
