MODERATORS
Pc means my games roll over with every upgrade and often get a big boost. As well as just being able to do everything else a pc does. Also better indie options.
I do love my steam deck though, and I keep my computer plugged into the TV
The longevity of the games is something that I've had in my mind a lot. I hope I can hold on to the games I own all my life and still play them some day in retirement.
That is one big reason I like PC, and line buying the games from Gog. Besides playing on any PC in the future, I can keep the offline installers too and hopefully future computers have emulation available to play them as needed too.
