AI, in this case, refers to LLMs, GPT technology, and anything listed as "AI" meant to increase market valuations.
Good God. I mean using AI for a brief is one thing, despicable enough, but using AI fabricated testimony should absolutely be grounds for disbarment. At minimum a count of contempt for every instance of fabricated testimony.
Worse: it shows that he didn't study the original case. He tossed it all in ChatGPT and assumed that it's output was correct.
