An analogy only functions in so far as it can map one thing to another. Analogies always break down at some point regarding relevancy. Here, it breaks down immediately because you're comparing an ad campaign for a book shelf to slavery. Seriously?

Analogies need to match the energy, you can't call your boss "literally Hitler" if they ask you to arrive on time.

^ this is a good example of an analogy, Hitler and slavery match energy, as do ad campaigns and arriving to work on time.

If this is deceit, then please tell me which specific truth is being concealed or misrepresented.
