This is like saying both slaves and slave owners sucked or both First Nations and the colonizers sucked.
Last I checked, slaves weren't doing war crimes, were they? Before you say that not all of Palestine is Hamas, I know that. And apparently all Israelis is Benjamin Netanyahu and his adminstation, so I already know we are only ever allowed give chartiability to the side against the western forces, which is why October 7th is fully justified since everyone who died that day is apparently a war criminial
What do you think it was to kill children during the Nat turner revolt was? Do you think the First Nations resistance was always clean? Do you think the allies attacks on the axis was always clean? Actually the allies act of terrorism makes hamas war crimes feel like pinching someone. It is not a justification to say that israel decades of colonization and oppression and act of genocide would result the oppressed toalso commit atrocities in retaliation.
