doing things helps
Hard to do things when you don't have the means of doing them, and those means are locked behind the assumption you already have the means of being able to do things. Society is a giant catch-22.
well you certainly were able to respond. and i mean it. doing things is the only way to feel like you can do things. Even if you do them shittyly or badly, doing them is the only way your brain will learn it can do it.
Else, it learns it's helpless and useless.
