The actual process of coming up with alternatives and re-evaluating your goals is so tiring. And often my head is just blank but it's one of those things that you absolutely need to solve somehow. Maybe I'm thinking about it wrong?

you have the orgasm, eat the twinkie, smoke the joint and go to sleep hoping you may get to do those things again someday.
