Which one of those glyphs is the one that means piss
None. It literally says thank you for using the toilet cleanly.
toilet (direct object marker) cleanly (indirect object marker (among other uses)) use (command form) humbly receive (roughly), thanks very much.
"Humbly receive" isn't exactly right, but it's one of the different formal registers we don't really have in English.
