MODERATORS
Comparing the economies of China and USA is not the same thing as comparing the quality of life for Chinese and US citizens. You are somewhat correct when you say people are immigrating to China, the overwhelming majority going to China are expats. China makes it incredibly difficult to become a permanent resident.
I would say the attractiveness of living in a socialist or even communist country is based on a lack of understanding of what that actually means.
