Oh no he has plans. As much of an idiot as he can seem, he always has a plan. It's not a good plan and it's always self serving, but he has a plan. Nothing leaves that man's lips that isn't trying to manipulate and deceive and control things to go the way he wants them to.

This is something people have to be careful about. He may seem like a bumbling idiot, and for the things people actually care about he is. But his actions have reasons. Usually it's to deliberately cause issues that benefits him or the people paying him. He's a narcissist. He's not just goofing around, he wants to put white people in power, he wants funding for billionaires, he wants the world to bend to him because maybe he will just attack someone unprovoked, he wants people to struggle and be dependent on the most meager lifestyles they can.

They're not good plans, and they're never in the interest of all American people. But if you think he does stuff for "no reason" then you've already been tricked. The man wants to hold all the strings and get whatever he wants by whatever means necessary.

You’re not paying attention if you think this guy doesn’t always have a plan to profit from the chaos and extortion opportunities once he’s overtly fucked up a system so bad it’s literally killing people.
