Am I losing it here, the neutral isnt tied to shit. I see where they bring it down, they tie it to the hot with that LED, the bar is right there, but there is no connection. Are they relying on just the ground to do that work here?? I dont know EU standards at all, just flummoxed as to why even run a neutral bar if you are not attaching to it.
I think your confused by the blue capacitor which is attached to both live and neutral bus.
Also keep in mind the black box might be just a simple on/off switch.
Im not even looking there, look at the two prongs, one is hot, the other is going down towards the neutral rail (which its not connected to at all), then you have a LED that is connected to the hot then a resistor on the other leg that is solder to the neutral copper coming down. Still not connecting it to the neutral rail at all, they are just near each other, unless that plastic is conductive?
I did see the cap on both at the start, and yeah I assume that box is just a SPST.
