The shadows appear to be midday allowing measurements from the plane's shadow to its wheels. I don't know plane size so wheels could be 4 to 5 feet tall. I can tell it is not the larger or smaller ones. Estimating from there I get 30-40 feet above ground. I would allow some perspective to account for some difference here, so I'd say it could be up to 80 feet. I highly doubt it is even 100.

looks like it's this landing and plane

if the video is the same plane, then it's anAirbus A321Neo

plane specifications

the wheels are apparently Dunlop 50.0 x 17.9 main wheels 1270 [mm]

While I don't disagree in general that the landing gear was above everyone on the ground, it was still an extremely low landing and came really close to a disaster. Here's a still from a higher-quality video

FTR the "ILS RDH" (Instrument Landing System Reference Datum Height, i.e. how high the plane will be on its glide path at runway threshold) is stipulated to be between 15 m and 18 m. It is set to that height specifically to balance between a safe vertical separation to ILS antennae or other obstacles before the threshold and maximizing the landing distance. The plane was definitely below 15 m even before runway threshold, so it was a low landing for sure. I couldn't find a report published about this incident, so I don't know what the actual "threshold crossing height" was here.
