I do not expect the US to have invested nearly as much money into infrastructure as they did into war, but I think it'd be nice to include it. The chinese spending on military as well.

you seem to be conflating all military spending with war spending. White i am not vetting the numbers, this doesn't include other military spending, like blowing up fishermen in the Caribbean etc
