Two months ago they blocked an lgbtq cruise ship citing family values & moral standards.

I guess don't visit turkey? Is there a guidebook for lgbtq?

Multiple actually. Searching "lgbt friendly countries map" yields multiple options of which i find equaldex.com/equality-index to be quite interesting as it lists legal protections and public opinion separately
