Idk man, although I agree that people are harsh, there is a downvote system for a reason.
So in a question community, naturally you upvote questions that are good ones and down vote questions that are bad ones (maybe it’s just a simple google search).
Having said that though, I agree with the spirit of the meme that people can be dicks.
Pretty much every time I've seen a question being downvoted on reddit, it was an easily searchable question, something you really don't need to ask.
