I grew up in that era, but swear I've never seen one except in Community.

Cutscenes were recorded instead of animated
Command and Conquer. The campaign was full of live action character cutscenes

Just saw the Dominion trailer. Delightlfully anti-military.
I was also pleasantly surprised and impressed
it's crazy how well they managed to capture that vhs look in a game from 2008.
RA3 is star-studded too; off the top of my head i remember peter stormare, jk simmons and george takei being in it.
shame the game itself is ass.
