[Meta] Why do multiple accounts keep trying to post "We need a list of privacy-respecting products..." (piefed.blahaj.zone)

Is it a bot network, or disgruntled user with many alts? Sorry if this is the wrong way/place to ask. I saw it on All and it was removed when I clicked so I was curious.

Difficult to tell. We have bots around. We also have people who think it's some kind of service to the users to shove around re-posts of content... Always a bit suspicious if it's new accounts created just for that one thing.
