Had a persistent tickly cough for weeks so I've been trying to get a lot of sleep, today woke up from the worst nightmare, woke up crying and I'm still a little shaky. Fuck you terrorists. π
That cough has been making it's rounds. I'm on week 2 of it, half of my team is on week 3.
hugs
it took a week of extra sleep and lots of bisolvon lozenges ( which have nasty sugars but I thought a week of gas was worth getting rid of the tickle )
Thanks friend. I'm 95% fine apart occasional bouts of the cough. I only suffered for maybe 2-3 days tops. Been okay since. Dosed up on eucalyptus lozenges that kind of helped but I ate them more for the flavour. Hope yours buggers off quickly too.
it's 99% gone π
Mine went the other way and resulted in a nose that would drip freely. Wearing a mask helped greatly when I was out and about, since I could stuff tissues up each nostril without anyone knowing.
Drippy nose is my constant winter thing. Like June to August (with a small break before hay fever kicks in)
my coughing and sneezing usually stops once I leave dusty pollen ridden carlton
Hope youβre ok. I hate those kind of nightmares.
Oh no!!!
