I'd like this but for the news. Want to say your broadcast is news? It has to adhere to factual standards then. Otherwise it's entertainment.
Fox and Infowars (as under Alex Jones) already claim this
I mean Fox News would need to change from Fox News* to Fox Entertainment Channel (or whatever). Calling yourself news is a regulated term. Not something you can hand wave away with small text at the bottom of the screen.
