What does Sweetwater have to do with this?
They're a competeting online retailer you could choose to buy from instead of GC.
Sweetwater is 10 times better to buy from. their CS is amazing.
Plus, you know... The candy
It's so good, I actively want it to be worse. You don't need to call me to tell me my $12 set of strings have shipped, or to ask me how it went.
I had them calling and checking in and would ask how my last show went. I never felt like they forced it either, genuinely nice people.
If you are ever near Fort Wayne Indiana, stop in. They are just as cool in person and their show room is awesome.

Now is the time for GC to double down on this - it's free massive publicity for them and if Ed can't laugh at himself then I guess he's not so neutral after all.
