But if everyone gets paid for 4 days, does it really matter? I haven't heard a lot of stories about people becoming homeless and starving due to going from 45 hours/week to 37 in the past.
I know people who have side gigs or two jobs to make ends meet.
You're completely right. In fact, maybe we should force them to work 50 hour weeks on both jobs. That would be much better for their situation.
I was saying people have to do that to survive. I didn't say it was a good thing.
