What are you doing with those peas though?
A model of Saturn, obviously
I only.just realised it's Jupiter not Saturn that has "the 'gon" and blew straight past the title...
its been a long week, though, so maybe that's related
Every planet deserves a hexagon. Hexagons are bestagons!
Hoping for whirled peas, I suppose.
Split pea soup I'd assume. Pretty good when made right.
I'll tell you if your making it... Split pea .... You don't need to blend them. You just cook. If you use a blender at all you need to turn off your stove and walk away. Your not ready yet to make a start and ignore soup. Let alone one your now involving a blender to make.
I don't know who is down voting you, but yeah, you're right, split pea soup doesn't require blending. Maybe people use whole dried peas instead of split peas blend it?
Even then just cook them the long the softer and will turn to paste on its own its like potatos. I never have to cook them longer then 2 hours anyway or you already are past mushy peas.
