As a black metal fan... It's really not that hard to avoid the nazis. There are plenty of anti-fascist sources. I think people are just too lazy or already invested in fascist music.
I know, it's a joke, I am a black metal fan myself. I don't believe every old school rockstars out there were fucking minors either.
But there is a reason that everytime I find a new BM band, my first action is to dig a bit oh them. I don't usually do that for other genres...
As a black metal fan... I get what you're saying, but the number of times I turned down music I liked because of the artists is probably in the 3 digits.
