MODERATORS
I’ve seen a video where the female horse kicks the stallion in the face and seems to kill it. So I have to imagine if you have a valuable horses it might be safer to do it artificially as well.
Safer in so far as it gives them little room to say no and make bigger resistance attempts. Neither method exactly is exactly great, to be clear, but neither has to happen. It's something we're choosing to make happen by making this an industry in the first place
