MODERATORS
They are the smallest glasses that do true AR where things are mapped and placed overlaid in the world. Other glasses that are more glasses sized don’t do this yet.
They have mics, cameras and speakers in them with an AI that interjects on its own and spies on all your apps.
I wasn't going to buy them before I read the article, but I'm certainly not interested now.
I like the idea of AR as an aid for disabilities or in certain practical applications in science and industry but they aren't marketing this to warehouses, nuclear plants, or automotive assemblers. They're marketing it to influencers and randos. No thanks.
