I rebuilt a horse washing booth

Did my best to try and make sure it actually lasts instead of just looking good on the surface for the first few years.
- The bottom of the plywood has an angled drip edge and all edges have been pre-painted twice before hanging.
- Backside of the walls are vented.
- The bottom edge is off the ground.
- Only stainless hardware used.
- Extra durable paint meant for wetrooms
- Seams, corners and all pass-throughs have been caulked
Is that drywall on the walls? It doesn't look like it, have been trying to find something more water resistant for my basement, just kinda curious what you're using if it's not or if we're just relying on the water resistant paint you mentioned.
It's 12mm spruce plywood. Since it's vented and not painted on the back, it technically doesn't mind even if it did get wet for as long as it gets to dry in between.
