Also people individually and voluntary making reproductive choices is not eugenics, as evidenced by how no one normal actually gives a shit if you are choosing to have children or not. Although I get it's just OP's libertarian brainrot that makes them think "state-enforced sterilisation of undesirables" can be interchangeable with everyone ~~magically~~ culturally and voluntarily agreeing to do this one cool thing.
